NOTE: When it’s too bright outside, television screens can lose their brightness by at least 50%. This is why we usually recommend installing an umbrella above or placing it in a shade.

Cardone Ventures Real Estate Summit

The Phoenician Luxury Collection Resort, Scottsdale, Arizona

For this 2-day event, we set up a stage with two massive Unilumin LED screens with a 16 x 10 aspect ratio. We used a total of 120 LED panels for this giant display. This is paired with 3 high-quality RED cameras that broadcast a live feed on the LED screens.

Our client approached us to create large and multiple projections throughout the venue. For this high-profile event, our team set up a 100’ x 25’ CYC projection mapping on the main stage using 4 x 20K lumen laser projectors. The Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows, Santa Monica, California

The team at Amagi reached out to us to deliver full AV production for their conference with over 1,000+ attendees. For this event, we set up a giant Unilumin LED wall planked with 2 additional LED screens, all on the main stage. How much does your TV rental costs per day?

All the prices you’ll see on our website are good for 24 hours (unless otherwise indicated). This daily price already includes the television rental and a TV stand with wheels.

How much does a weekly rental cost?

Weekly rentals of our television screens vary, depending on the number of days and the screens you’re planning to rent. Let’s discuss it over the phone. We’re very flexible and we’ll surely come up with a good offer for you!

Will you help us connect our TV rental to a computer or other devices?
Of course! We can help set up your television rental and connect it to your preferred device. We won’t charge any fee if it’s just one TV and the setup is simple, like a laptop, DVD player, or flash drive.
 
If you’re connecting multiple TVs, we can help you set it up for an additional fee.

Does your presentation have sound?

Will you use the TV screen with audio? If so, you likely need a PA system. Most of the time, you’ll need at least one speaker because the volume level of the TV alone might not be enough.

Does you need us to deliver and pickup? Or do you want to pick it up yourself?
It’s not a problem if you want to pick up the TV yourself. Just keep in mind that monitors are heavy and easy to break. If you choose self pick-up, you’ll be financially responsible for any damage that may occur. But if we deliver and pick-up, you won’t have to worry about anything.

I had a great experience. Vlad was nice, knowledgable and did a terrific job setting it all up. I highly recommend them. I also highly recommend setting up a screen in the back yard. It’s really fun.
