A lot of times our clients want to show a video presentation outside at there backyard or watch a sport event when it is still bright. A lot of people don’t know that projectors don’t work during the day time.
On average , the package TV packaged will cost you around the same as if you would rent projector and screen.
If you have a movie, a showing or a live stream of the game during the day, we will set up outdoor LED wall package for you. Our technicians can hang the wall or make it ground supported. Out engineers always like to come for a walk through first to make sure we will deliver the best experience to you.

USA Teqball Tour

Cardone Ventures Real Estate Summit
The Phoenician Luxury Collection Resort, Scottsdale, Arizona
For this 2-day event, we set up a stage with two massive Unilumin LED screens with a 16 x 10 aspect ratio. We used a total of 120 LED panels for this giant display. This is paired with 3 high-quality RED cameras that broadcast a live feed on the LED screens.

BET Awards 2023
House of BET at Goya Studios, Hollywood
Our client approached us to create large and multiple projections throughout the venue. For this high-profile event, our team set up a 100’ x 25’ CYC projection mapping on the main stage using 4 x 20K lumen laser projectors. We also set up 2 more projections for their promotional materials on the venue.
Amagi LA FAST Conference 2023
The Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows, Santa Monica, California
The team at Amagi reached out to us to deliver full AV production for their conference with over 1,000+ attendees. For this event, we set up a giant Unilumin LED wall planked with 2 additional LED screens, all on the main stage. Our team also set up an audio and projector+ screen system in their breakout room, as well as multiple TV sets on their foyer demo station and partner tables.
Family Style Food Festival
CBS Television City, Los Angeles
For this event, we provided a complete DJ audio and video setup, including the world-class Pioneer CDJ 3000 and DJM A9. We also provided and installed 40 high-definition TV screens throughout the venue for the 5,000+ guests to enjoy.

«How’s it going my name is Sean Garrison I work with „Play Agency“ we hit up Rent For Event Las Vegas last minute with like three days to spare and we got a giant LED wall we got four TVs for PacSun and 40-love. We got the photo booth set up. We got few TVs for Courvoisier.
Rent For Event Las Vegas was awesome to work with. Igor was very easy to communicate with and has made the whole thing really much easier than I ever thought it would be and his expertise is really essential to making this happen at all. We hired them for a full production, but we had our own idea. They made it happen. We got 3 led walls on a trusses, each panel is 1.5m x 1.5m (4.9′ x 4.9′).
We created some pre-set packs to take the hassle of your shoulders and just pick one that fits your needs best, but if your event requires a custom solution just let us know and we will create a custom package for you. We can even do 3D rendering for you, so you could see the final image.
Any meeting, presentation or conference requires some sort of visual presentation. We created some preset packages especially for this case. Either it is a small slide show or really big multi room conference, we got you covered. Screen, projectors, clickers, audio system with microphones – you tell us what you are planning to do and we will do it.

Drive In Movies Era, when couples used to lay down on top of their cars and enjoy great movie under the stars. Past few years brought those great romantic experiences back to life. And, now, it’s not only our memories, but it’s a new way for adults and kids to create great memories. When our PRO-technicians will set up one of our Drive In packages for you, you will see how you will be transferred to a different era.
We use professional FM transmitters to make sure the signal can hit even really far and the sound quality isn’t interrupted. You can also say few words about you event or the sponsors of the event and your audience will hear you in their cars or through the Audio System that we bring.
With 3D mapping you can convert any large service ( or not even that large) into a moving art object. All depends on your imagination. Sky is the limit! It is done by mapping a projection from through multiple strong projectors using special software. It is widely used on exhibitions, video production, interactive events, emerging experiences. pop-up events. The list can go on and on. Pretty much, if you want to WOW your guests this is the way to go.
