What time you start
the screening?

As projected video is visible only in the darkness (and the darker the better is the quality of the image) you should plan on starting the video after sunset. Or you can also use one of our Daytime Video Wall Packages, if your budget allows it.

All of our packages can be used as sound system before the screening, as you already have speakers and the mixer. If your event will start earlier, great add on will be the Karaoke Package. So, you will have karaoke during the day, and then you can show the movie! Win-win!

Where your event will be held?

If it is on your Backyard – 11ft Screen will work as great as 14ft inflatable. Inflatable screen takes more room, so make sure your backyard allows it, in contrary fast fold 11ft screen can be put virtually anywhere.

if it is a Park or a Parking lot, your best bet would be 20ft or 40 ft Inflatable Screen, this way you can have more guests watching the show, and don’t forget to take advantage of our system to present promotional videos. Add a Microphone, so you or your sponsors will be able to say few words in the beginning. If you do not have electricity access, no problem – we can bring Generators.

For Backyard Packages we recommend up to 60ppl, for large Inflatables as much as you would like as we always can add an additional Screen.

For this 2-day event, we set up a stage with two massive Unilumin LED screens with a 16 x 10 aspect ratio. We used a total of 120 LED panels for this giant display. This is paired with 3 high-quality RED cameras that broadcast a live feed on the LED screens.

Our client approached us to create large and multiple projections throughout the venue. For this high-profile event, our team set up a 100’ x 25’ CYC projection mapping on the main stage using 4 x 20K lumen laser projectors. Amagi LA FAST Conference 2023

The Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows, Santa Monica, California

The team at Amagi reached out to us to deliver full AV production for their conference with over 1,000+ attendees. For this event, we set up a giant Unilumin LED wall planked with 2 additional LED screens, all on the main stage. Our team also set up an audio and projector+ screen system in their breakout room, as well as multiple TV sets on their foyer demo station and partner tables.
