Speaker Rental

Rent For Event provides wide selection of speakers rental. We have large inventory of high end professional speakers, like L-acoustic, JBL, QSC and others.

We also carry Bluetooth portable speakers for Beach get togethers. We can accommodate any size event, from small presentation to large professional concert. Our Audio Technicians will always find a right solution for you and make sure your event will go as smooth as possible.

Sound system rental

We put together different sound system packages that will fit any kind of event. Almost all of them consist of speakers, subwoofers, microphones and mixers. We use only professional equipment. Our experienced audio technicians can deliver and set it up for you. You can also hire opt audio team to cover all your audio needs at your event

The client approached us and requested a walkthrough. Our Production manager Valentin got on-site and put together a plan according to the client’s budget. The pre-production team put together a render, but then we encountered an issue with uneven flooring on the parking lot, so we’ve had to change the location and redo the plan. In the end here’s a scope of what we did for this job:

Projection and Screen Rental For Netflix Show

3 Screens Rear Projection Mapping

Netflix associate approached us with a request to create a large scale Projection Background for the show they worked on. Te background was suppose to be 3 screens that can be synced together and create one large surface and be able to function as 3 independent screens at the same time.

We have used 3 X 24′ (330″ diagonal) screens which created 72′ of projection surface with 3X12k lumen rear projectors. We also created special mapping video server.

We goal was to make it look as separate space, so we separated the rest of the studio with blackout drapes of the same height as screens ( 13′ high)

The client was very excited and happy with professionalism and creativity of our team and the final look we were able to achieve.

Led wall rental in Four Seasons Las Vegas

Celebration of life — Full event production

The event planner approached us with the need to create classy atmosphere on Elite Life Celebration Event in Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas. So, they needed everything to go as smoothly and professional as possible, so they hired us.

The goal was to transform the banquet hall with lighting and LED walls. We lighted up the whole room, the stage, dance floor and pre-function area. For the stag we used 1 large LED screen and 2 smaller ones for the sides. We also had 3 cameras for recording and we did lMAG on the screens of everything what as going on on the stage and in the room live, so guests could feel themselves as part of the show. We also showed family pictures and videos as the background, which created great friendly atmosphere.

HOW DO I RENT EQUIPMENT? WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

At Rent For Event LA, it’s best for you just to call us to determine your needs, especially if you are unsure of what kind of equipment to rent.

DO YOUR PACKAGE’S PRICES INCLUDE DELIVERY AND SET UP?

No, packages only include equipment rental prices.No, packages only include equipment rental prices.

DO YOU DO DELIVERY AND SET UP?

Yes, we do.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY
/ RETURN AND INSTALLATION / STRIKE?

It all depends on the location, some packages already have delivery included. When you fill out the request form we send you final quote that includes delivery.

DO YOU DO EARLY DELIVERIES AND LATE RETURNS?

Yes, we do. We can do deliveries and returns at any time of the day, 24/7.

DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT TO BOOK RENTALS?

Yes, in order to reserve your rentals we require a deposit. It is only reserved once a deposit is made.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I HAVE TO BOOK YOUR SERVICES?

As soon as possible! Depending on the size of your event, we recommend at least five business days before the event to give us time in case we need to do some rearrangements.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

All rentals are to be paid in advance or at the time of pick up. Rentals may be paid by cash, check or major credit card.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN A WIRED MIC
AND A WIRELESS MIC?

Wireless microphones are more user friendly and really convenient when your speaker is moving, or when you passing the microphone to the audience. The main advantage is that it doesn’t have the cable. When your singer or speaker is steady in one spot wired mic might be a abetter option for you as you don’t have to worry about the batteries and so on.

DO I NEED A MIXER?

A mixer allows you to control the sound levels of different audio inputs. In general if you have more that one speaker that you would like to connect to laptop, than yes, you need a mixer.
