This is the best option for large outdoor events. truss structured stages are fully customizable, can be any size, any depth height as desired. It can be flat or have risers. We can also build few stages together, which works great when you need to rehearse.

We also provide full stage design, 3D rendering will all lights, sound and video.

Mobile Stage Rental

Mobile stages have been used for outdoor event for decades. Our mobile stages are ready for your next event, no matter the size of your venue, crowd or budget. The setup can be less than an hour for the smaller stages.

Rent For Event offers an affordable portable staging system rental. Portable stages most commonly used at the churches, schools, for DJs or community events.

Can be used indoor or outdoor. We have different sizes in stock 4′ x 8′ 4′ x 4′ or even round ones. The all can be connected, so virtually we can create any size desired.

Trussing and Rigging

Steps are recommended for stages higher than 12″, available with side railing or without.

Rails are requires the stage exceeds 30″ in height.

The skirts are used to make the look of your stage complete and professional. Can be any color that will match the color of your stage.

House of BET at Goya Studios, Hollywood

Our client approached us to create large and multiple projections throughout the venue. For this high-profile event, our team set up a 100’ x 25’ CYC projection mapping on the main stage using 4 x 20K lumen laser projectors. We also set up 2 more projections for their promotional materials on the venue.

Amagi LA FAST Conference 2023

The Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows, Santa Monica, California

The team at Amagi reached out to us to deliver full AV production for their conference with over 1,000+ attendees. For this event, we set up a giant Unilumin LED wall planked with 2 additional LED screens, all on the main stage. Our team also set up an audio and projector+ screen system in their breakout room, as well as multiple TV sets on their foyer demo station and partner tables.

Should I choose Mobile or Truss Structured stage rental?

It all depends on the size of your event, how big and how deep you need your stage to be. Mobile stages have pretty fast set up time, but the rigging systems are fully personalized and be any size required.

What if I need help designing my stage?

Our creative stage designers can help you create your stage design based on your needs, we can also provide all other equipment you might need on your stage. 3D rendering also available, so you can see your stage in 3D format to understand exactly the way it will be looking.

If I need a different color stage or my stage to be carpeted can you do that?

Yes, of course, we can use any material like fabric, carpet, glass, plastic, wood, or event fake grass.

We can also provide a stage skirt matching to your stage color.
