Please Note:

Projection requires a dark environment for optimal performance. If the room is brighter and uses in-house lighting, this brighter projector is required.
This package requires a minimum ceiling height of 18′ for proper setup due to the size of the screen (13′ high) plus the legs (usually 3-4′ high).
The throw distance can be adjusted based on the lens used, allowing for installation at the back of the room on a high truss.
Setup Complexity: Setting up the projector on a truss and changing the lens can be challenging and requires two people. If you have never had experience doing this setup, we highly recommend hiring an AV technician.
HDMI Adapter: If your laptop or video source does not have an HDMI connection, please request an adapter to ensure compatibility.
Pipe and Drape: Often requested with this package to cover the back of the room and enhance the event’s aesthetics.
Room Brightness: With this size of the screen and a 21k lumen projector, the room must be dark for better quality. If it will be a brighter room, a higher lumen projector is suggested.
