For this 2-day event, we set up a stage with two massive Unilumin LED screens with a 16 x 10 aspect ratio. We used a total of 120 LED panels for this giant display. This is paired with 3 high-quality RED cameras that broadcast a live feed on the LED screens.

House of BET at Goya Studios, Hollywood

Our client approached us to create large and multiple projections throughout the venue. For this high-profile event, our team set up a 100’ x 25’ CYC projection mapping on the main stage using 4 x 20K lumen laser projectors. We also set up 2 more projections for their promotional materials on the venue.

Amagi LA FAST Conference 2023

The Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows, Santa Monica, California

The team at Amagi reached out to us to deliver full AV production for their conference with over 1,000+ attendees. For this event, we set up a giant Unilumin LED wall planked with 2 additional LED screens, all on the main stage. Our team also set up an audio and projector+ screen system in their breakout room, as well as multiple TV sets on their foyer demo station and partner tables.

String Lights Rental

We use commercial Grade Bistro string lights to Create beautiful looking intimate atmosphere. They are very functional: set over tables or dancefloor to light them up when it gets dark. String lights can be used indoors, outdoors, above the dance floor or on the ceiling of a tent. They also can be installed permanently.

Event Lighting Rental

Anything from birthday party to large corporate event requires professional lighting. With proper lights you can upgrade the room’s look, create an ambience shift focus or even create different zoning. For event lighting we use PARs for uplighting, moving heads, followspots and others.

Outdoor Event
Lighting Rental

Outdoor LED lighting is weather-proof, so they can be outside in the rain/wind without worry. These lights work perfect for outdoor events, lighting up signs, lighting walkways, or lighting up trees.

We can set them up on the floor using the floor stands, or hang them from trussing.

DJ Lighting Rental

If you are looking for DJ lighting rental, you might already know what exactly you are looking for. If not our experienced technical sales person will assist you working within your budget. We have everything you might need: LED lights, party lights, strobes, fog and haze machines as well as regular or LED DJ booth.

Uplighting Rental

Uplighting is created by placing LED pars on the floor against a wall or drape and pointing them up. This creates a beam of light that reaches the ceiling and washes the walls with color. They have pre-program patterns. You can set the lights to slowly fade into each color, change to the beat of the music, or leave on one color all night. Can also we wireless.
