A Breakdown of our AV Equipment Rental for the Family Style Food Festival 2024
For the Family Style Food Festival 2024, we brought our A-game to surpass our client’s expectations. Here’s a sneak peek of our setup and how it looks like on the day of the event:
LED wall setup
One of the highlights of our setup is the custom LED wall rental for food festivals that our team assembled. We provided the following LED video walls for this huge live event:
- Unilumin 14.8’ x 8.2’ LED wall on their main stage
- Unilumin 13.1′ x 3.2′ LED wall DJ booth
For both these LED screens, we have a 3.9MM pixel pitch, which provides excellent image quality both up close and at a distance.
In addition, our LED walls include all the needed trussing and an on-site event support team that handled everything from setup to teardown.
Overall, our LED wall set the tone for the activations in the morning and the party at night. It also served as a perfect backdrop for stage photos as well as a dynamic display for all of the event’s partners and sponsors.
Also, our outdoor event LED screen rental has excellent visibility even under direct sunlight. The event kicked off at 12 noon, and the attendees enjoyed all the visuals we provided for the event with great detail.
Stage and lighting setup
Is it even a festival without a stage design? The Family Style Fest featured multiple performers, including music acts like Donavan’s Yard, Blondie Beach, No Plastic, and more. Our team made sure that each performer will enjoy the spotlight with our portable stage rental for festivals.
- 20’ x 20’ main stage platform. We set up this big stage, which is complete with trussing, guard rails, mesh covers, and other accessories. Our stages are also load-bearing so that it can handle even the exciting performances at concerts, festivals, and other big events.
- 2ʹ x 8ʹ x 36” DJ table stage. To complete the party ensemble, our client also asked for a sophisticated DJ setup complete with DJ equipment and a full backline.
To set a celebratory atmosphere, we provided a package of stage and lighting rental for outdoor events. This includes custom lighting design with an onsite lighting engineer to ensure that the entire setup will be nothing but impressive. Here are some of the lighting rentals we rigged on the stage:

Aside from these stunning lighting fixtures, we also added 2 Chauvet DJ Hurricane 1800 Flex Fog Machines to add more life to the celebration. We also had 2 Chauvet DJ Cumulus Professional Low-lying Fog for special effects onstage. These two fog machines have fast heat-up time, which delivers fog on demand, so your event’s special effects will always hit the mark.
Audio setup
Nothing screams fun like complete DJ equipment rental for food festivals. For the Family Style Fest, we made sure that all the attendees would have a great time rocking to impressive audio quality courtesy of our sound equipment rentals.

We also provided additional TV screens throughout the venue, including 70” Samsung Smart TVs with stands and media players for various installations during the food festival.
